Any problems related to autoclaim functionality of promotion links are strictly between the buyer and the seller. We are not responsible for resolving autoclaim disputes. - Screen Recording Requirement :
Buyers are required to create a screen recording before purchasing to verify all promotions. This recording serves as proof in case of disputes and ensures a safer transaction. Failure to provide a screen recording may result in the inability to claim warranty, refunds, or replacements.
How to Claim a Promotion Link
To successfully claim a promotion link on your Discord account, follow these steps:
- Virtual Credit Card (VCC) Requirement
A Virtual Credit Card (VCC) is required to claim your promotion link on your Discord account. Ensure you have a valid VCC before attempting to claim. - Fresh Accounts for 1-Month Promotion Links
One-month promotion links can only be claimed on Fresh Discord accounts that meet the necessary eligibility criteria.
Refund and Replace Policy
- No Refunds or Replacements Unless Fault on Our Side
We do not offer refunds or replacements unless an issue is directly caused by our side. To claim a refund or replacement, buyers must provide: - A screen recording showing the issue.
- All relevant details related to the transaction.
Claims without proper proof will not be honored.
- Processing Time and Patience
We strive to provide support as quickly as possible. However, impatience or rushing may lead to delays in processing your request. We appreciate your understanding as we manage support alongside other responsibilities. - Behavior and Conduct
Any form of misbehavior, abusive language, or disrespectful conduct towards our team will result in the immediate cancellation of your warranty, refund, or replacement eligibility. Buyers have no right to object to this decision.
