Account and Token Policies
- Aged Discord Account Creation
All aged Discord accounts are ultra-high-quality (UHQ) accounts created with non-OG emails, pulled using UHQ combos, and aged personally on a private mail server to ensure reliability and security. - Token and Email Privacy
All tokens and email addresses associated with accounts are strictly managed between the buyer and seller. There is no possibility of leaks or re-selling from our side. - Screen Recording Requirement
Buyers must create a screen recording before purchasing to verify the validity of all tokens. This recording ensures a safer transaction and serves as proof in case of disputes. Failure to provide a screen recording may result in the inability to claim warranty, refunds, or replacements. - Proxy and Tool Usage
- Buyers must use high-quality proxies and tools when utilizing tokens. If tokens are locked or terminated due to manual mishandling, no refunds or replacements will be provided.
- We offer a 1-hour warranty from the time of purchase for buyers to check the validity of all tokens. Any invalid tokens must be reported within this timeframe with proper proof (e.g., screen recording). No claims will be entertained after this period.
- Captcha on Accounts
If an account encounters a captcha, we are unable to assist, and buyers have no authority to request refunds or replacements. Buyers are advised to age the account for 3-4 days to resolve captcha issues.
Nitro Redeemable Accounts
- Redeeming 3-Month Xbox Nitro Promotions
- Aged accounts can be used to redeem 3-month Xbox Nitro promotion links and can also be used as personal accounts. Buyers need a valid promotion link and a Virtual Credit Card (VCC) to claim the promotion.
- If the error "Sorry, seems like something's gone wrong and you cannot use that code" occurs (which is rare), no warranty is provided, and buyers cannot request a refund or replacement.
- We strongly recommend testing with a small quantity of accounts before purchasing large quantities to avoid issues.
Refund and Replace Policy
- No Refunds or Replacements Unless Fault on Our Side
We do not offer refunds or replacements unless an issue is directly caused by our side. To claim a refund or replacement, buyers must provide: - A screen recording showing the issue.
- All relevant details related to the transaction.
Claims without proper proof will not be honored.
- Processing Time and Patience
We strive to provide support as quickly as possible. However, impatience or rushing may lead to delays in processing your request. We appreciate your understanding as we manage support alongside other responsibilities. - Behavior and Conduct
Any form of misbehavior, abusive language, or disrespectful conduct towards our team will result in the immediate cancellation of your warranty, refund, or replacement eligibility. Buyers have no right to object to this decision.
